Codento expands to Norway

Codento is taking a significant step in its Nordic growth strategy by acquiring Intelligence AS, a Norwegian company specializing in data analytics and Business Intelligence. The acquisition strengthens Codento’s position as a Google Cloud service partner and expands its operations from Helsinki and Stockholm to also include Oslo.

With the transaction, Codento grows its team to 60 Google Cloud consultants and deepens its expertise particularly in AI, data analytics, and financial management solutions. Intelligence AS’s strong reputation in decision-support systems brings valuable insight to Codento, especially for financial services and executive-level business needs.

The expansion comes at a time when the Norwegian Google Cloud market is gaining momentum and the country’s own data center is set to open in Skien in 2026. Codento’s CEO, Anthony Gyursanszky, believes Norway is now entering a similar turning point to the one Finland experienced when Google established its data center in Hamina.
