Saari Partners strengthens transparency and sustainability commitments

Saari Partners has published updated sustainability disclosures and a comprehensive ESG & Responsible Investment Policy. Saari II is now classified as Article 8 under the EU’s Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR), actively promoting environmental and social characteristics throughout the investment lifecycle. Saari Fund I remains Article 6, integrating sustainability risks into investment decisions.

Our approach reflects our conviction that sustainability begins with people – healthy culture, supported employees, and responsible operations are the foundation of stronger companies. As active owners, we support portfolio companies in managing their environmental impact as they scale, while strengthening governance and transparency across our portfolio.
